Some days, my regular skincare routine just doesn’t feel like enough. That’s when I like adding a face mask and taking a little extra time for my skin.
I’ve been enjoying three different options lately: Biotherm, Missha, and Garnier, and each one gives me a slightly different masking experience.
1. Biotherm Life Plankton™ Essence-In-Mask
Biotherm Life Plankton™ Essence-In-Mask is the one I like reaching for when my skin needs a more pampering moment. The mask feels like an extra step rather than something I need to fit into my everyday routine. I usually put it on when I have some quiet time and want to slow down my skincare routine. After removing the mask, I like gently pressing the remaining essence into my skin instead of immediately wiping it away.
2. Missha Skin Essential Sheet Mask — Red Ginseng & Snail
Missha’s Red Ginseng & Snail sheet mask is another one I enjoy when I want my skincare routine to feel a little richer. The combination of red ginseng and snail makes it an interesting pick for days when my complexion feels like it could use some extra care. The sheet mask format is also super convenient.
I can put it on while watching something, scrolling through my phone, or just relaxing for a few minutes. Once I take it off, I massage the leftover essence into my skin.
3. Garnier SkinActive Moisture Super Hydrating + Revitalizing Sheet Mask
When hydration is what I’m after, Garnier Moisture is one I like to keep around. The sheet mask is easy to work into a quick self-care session, especially when my skin feels a little tired or dry. What I enjoy most is how simple the whole process is. No complicated application and no extra tools needed—just apply the mask, relax for a while, then finish with the remaining essence.
Face masks are definitely not something I need to use every single day, but I love having a few options available. Sometimes skincare is about the routine itself, and putting on a sheet mask gives me an excuse to slow down for a few minutes while giving my skin some extra attention.
