Taking care of my hair has slowly turned into a small ritual I genuinely look forward to every week. What started as a simple decision to “do better” for my hair has become a calming reset moment.
I currently follow this routine twice a week while I build consistency, and later I may reduce it to once weekly. Here’s how my routine looks right now.

1. Brushing with My Bamboo Brush

This step helps lift away loose strands and flakes while gently detangling. I like to think of it as preparing a fresh base before applying any products. Starting with neatly brushed hair makes everything else easier and more effective. It also feels refreshing — like clearing the way for healthier growth.

2. Scalp Massage with My Scalp Massager

Next, I use my scalp massager and spend about ten minutes working in soft circular motions. I keep the pressure light and steady. The goal isn’t to scrub harshly but to stimulate the scalp and encourage circulation. This step feels incredibly relaxing, almost like a mini spa treatment at home. A gentle hand is key here to avoid unnecessary tension or breakage.

3. Treating with Golab Beauty Oil

Once my scalp feels prepped, I section my hair and apply Golab Beauty Oil evenly. I take my time with this part, making sure each section receives attention. If you prefer another oil, you can easily substitute it. I leave the oil in for one to three hours, allowing my strands to absorb the nourishment.
This routine may be simple, but consistency has made it feel powerful. Setting aside time to care for my hair has improved not just how it looks, but how I feel. Healthy hair doesn’t happen overnight, yet small weekly habits truly make a difference. For now, twice a week works perfectly and I’m excited to see the long-term results.
